Richard Montgomery High School 1700 Yale Pl
Tuesday, April 4, 2017 - 7:00pm to 10:00pm

Hosted by Montgomery County Civil Rights Coalition

(Meeting will be held in the cafeteria.)
Guest Speakers: Brandon Anderson of will tell us about "Raheem", an app for reporting police encounters that can help improve accountability.

This meeting continues building on the great momentum of our last meetings at Montg. Blair and Albert Einstein High Schools, where police reform, Islamophobia, sanctuary/immigrant rights, and surveillance committees were formed and are actively planning next steps. Work to pass local and state laws to reign in the surveillance state, improve police accountability, and prevent our police from being used by the Trump administration against immigrants, Muslims and other targets of hate. Bring your ideas and energy!
